Martin and Doris Rosen Summer Symposium Registration Form

The symposium will provide approximately forty hours of instruction, discussions, demonstrations, and public programs designed for teachers, students and the community. Teachers who complete all forty hours will receive four CEU units. The symposium is free and open to the public.

This registration form is for teachers looking to attend all or part of the symposium for CEU credit without the scholarship. To give us an idea of attendance please lease complete the form and submit.
